Free entry for all the workshops, playgroup, arts & crafts activities

 

The HER festival is the biggest community groups/centres collaborated event. 

Site fee include GST:

For food trucks (please use your own generator):

Early bird (by 16/1/22): $150 for standard 3×3 m site

Regular: $200 for standard 3×3 m site

Need double the space? Extra $100 to double the size

For vendors (site only):

  • Women owned or managed businesses only to apply
  • Pricing:
    • Early bird (by 16/1/22): $50 for standard 3×3 m site,
    • Regular: $60 for standard 3×3 m site
    • Need double the space? Extra $30 to double the size

For vendors (site + ticket to the social networking night)

  • Women owned or managed businesses only to apply
  • Pricing:
    • Early bird (by 16/1/22): $70 for standard 3×3 m site + a single ticket to the social networking night
    • Regular: $80 for standard 3×3 m site + a single ticket to the social networking night
    • Need double the space? Extra $30 to double the size

Please note:

  1. there will be no power supplied at the site, please use your own generator
  2. Fee covers site only, please bring your own equipment, eg: Marquee, table, chairs etc
  3. Food vendor application closed
  4. Merchant and other vendors’ application closes at 1/4/22
• Food vendors bump in starts at 08:30am, finishes at 09:30. Food preparation for serving the customers should be ready by 11:45 for the event starting at 12pm.
• Other vendors bump in starts at 09:30am, finishes at 10:30 am.
• Please bump in according to your allocated time.
• No early bump out for large vendors/food trucks, as it could cause public safety issues during the event. Small vendors wish to bump out early, please discuss with the event manager for permission.
All food vendors must hold suitable licensing either mobile or within the Sunshine Coast Council jurisdiction, as may apply to your product or business.
All produce vendors must hold suitable food licensing certificates as may apply to their products.

All photographs and video footage taken by festival organisers will remain property of HER Festival which may be used for future publicity and promotion purposes. By signing this form you agree to this condition and give your permission for use of any photographs or footage of your business and person.
LEAVING YOUR SITE AS YOU FOUND IT:
• Please do not throw ice on any grass
• Please use ground cover if you use fats, charcoals or other potentially damaging materials.
• Minimise damage from tent pegs
SECURING YOUR MARQUEE
• Marquees must be weighed down.
• You are permitted to use concrete or other weights to secure your marquee.




Council guidelines require all festival organisers to promote the concept of sustainability and eco-friendly practices to their vendors.
You hereby agree:
• Not to sell or make available to patrons plastic bottled water or other drinks
• To use recyclable or bio-degradable packaging only
• Not to use styrofoam packaging
• Not to offer plastic straws
• Not to offer single-use plastic bags
• Not to use plastic cutlery
• To take all your rubbish with you

• Vendors who post about or mention the festival on their social media channels, tagging @herfsc or the event URL will have their posts reposted on the HER Festival social media sites.
• It is in everybody's interest to cross-promote as much as possible on social media channels as far away from the event as possible.
• I understand and agree to action this condition of participation.
• Successful applicants will be notified by email and issued with an invoice from SCCDMC (main host of the festival).

• REFUND POLICY:
Stall holders to cancel attending the event:

•Over two weeks notice of event, a full refund will be given.
•Within 14 days notice of event a 75% refund will be given, or 100% credit provided for other festivals.
•Within 7 days notice of event a 50% refund will be given or 100% credit provided for other festivals.
•In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances that causes cancelling the event on the day, notice will be announced as soon as possible prior to the event. Event will be rescheduled in the nearest appropriate date, which will be announced as soon as possible from the planning team.
•If the event will not be rescheduled or stallholders wish not to participate in the rescheduled date, 100% site fee will be refunded, less a $10 administration fee.


• COVID-19 SPECIAL REFUND CLAUSE
• At any time should restrictions be put in place by the Government of Queensland or Australia that impede full participation, the organisers will refund all site fees IN FULL, less a $10 administration fee.

Organisers will conduct the event in accordance with Qld Health's Directives and prepare a Covid-Safe Event Plan for approval.
You are required to operate in accordance with your relevant Covid-19 Industry Checklist.

You must complete your checklist and display it at your site.
You must take all measures to ensure infection control is carried out and you and your patrons are at minimal risk of infection at all times.
